This map "bug" has been there for a while. You fall into the void, as Ricky said, so this really isn't a map bug. Plus, it gives no fair advantages, mostly a disadvantage.

Actually on that boat where the screenshot was taken, if you were to walk off and hold down space bar in mid air, you will swim instead of falling into the void. Not really an advantage though.

 

You can swim over to the other side, and it is possible to get a Molotov/Grenade/Flashbang up on the boat, and do damage to the other team near their spawn. Doesn't help much though, if at all.

 

Hmm... doesn't seem too bad but it is a glitch and it should be fixed..

Is it really worth destroying the map's scenery to fix a harmless glitch?

 

OOM based glitches aren't really worth being patched up unless the map has infect gamemode.

 

It is harmless, and has no advantages. No need to be fixed.
