It is on every map, but on this map, the zombies needs to swim (if they don't hit the sponges) and that is really annoying.
and it is the germans which defends their captured land

*Not Sweden but USA, England and Canada.
*Allies still managed to win d-day
*They had few custom things, not cobwebs, and their boats took off into shore, not in a middle of water

    Retold from "Saving Private Ryan"

I knew that they were successful, but it seems I had forgotten what countries. Thank you

Cobwebs were the best substitute for barbed wire.

They didn't have barbed wire xD
If you look at Saving Private Ryan movie's first 5 minutes, then you can see what you did wrong. *no spoilers*

I loved that movie. Anyways I think there could be a walkway or something to the beach but that wouldn't make dday an accurate depiction of the real thing.

If you watch documentarys about dday, omaha beach was the most defended. The normandy beaches had barbwire. I managed to nuke on this map as the boat team. Its difficult, but possible. Anyways, we could edit the map and have part of the wall collaped as if it took a few direct hit salvoes from a battleship. With some of the wall collaped, it wold kind of be like a path and will make it more fair. Maybe put two partialy collaped areas on the wall.

I guess.... I am ok with the map change, even though I think the plane spawn was better, though I didn't get to use ISO in the olden days.... Anyways, a good part of red is access to the tunnels.

The allies had far more soldiers, that's the reason they won. They hsd big losses.

DDay2 looks nice, and is more realistic to what happened at Omaha(bloodiest attack point of the DDay invasion(reds)).
That being said, I hate it. It only takes one half-way-decent player to trap red in their spawn. In old DDay I think it was pretty fair for either team.

The old dday was very ugly and unrealistic.

Much more fair than it is now, it was easy to get high kill streaks from either side. I don' care how realistic it is, it's all for fun, not realism. DDay 2 is not fun for red, and I have a hard time enjoying it nearly as much as i had before on blue.

It is fun for skilled people who don't complain.
