Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - I am very active ingame, on the forums, and on the TeamSpeak. I play Minecraft Party everyday (I am a VIP). I post all the time on the forums, attempting to contribute as much as I can the community. I am on the TeamSpeak for at least an hour almost everyday. I have made friends with numerous staff members and players. Wherever I go, I help everyone out who I can. I report all rule breakers I can find, and try to do what I can to make the community better for other members.

Which server are you applying for? - I am applying for MinecraftParty Moderator. This is the server I have the most experience with , and feel I am the most capable of moderating.

How old are you? - I am 14 years of age.

What time zone are you in? - Eastern Standard Time (EST)

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I have been playing Minecraft for over 3 years. I have tons of experience with the game, and probably know more about it than the average person. I have experience with all sorts of Minecraft Servers, and the game is pretty much the only thing I do on my computer.

What is your experience with moderating servers? -
I have moderated for many servers. These include the following:

On all of these servers, I have caught multiple hackers and rule breakers. I am very familiar with what is generally required of a moderator. What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - If I earn the rank of moderator. I will make Minecraft Party a more fun place to be. I will contribute as much as I possibly can to the community (e.g: Guides, Ideas, Maps, etc..). I will also make sure all of the people who try and make the Minecraft Party experience less exciting and wonderful (Spammers, Advertisers, Hackers, People who threaten to ddos, etc..) are dealt with accordingly.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - 8/10 I play MinecraftParty everyday, and I usually manage to make it to the top of the leader boards.
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - 8/10 I am on the TeamSpeak for at least am hour almost everyday. I have made great friends with staff and players alike.
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - 9/10 I am on the Forums all the time. I have the TapATalk app set up to send me alerts on my iPhone from the forums. I am always reading peoples posts, and contributing to the community. I have written a very long guide for Minecraft Party which you can find here.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - I am able to deal with many problems at once, and I can keep my cool trough challenging situations. I know how to deal with annoying people, and feel I am prepared for any challenge a rule breaker can throw at me.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I can tend to be a little bit bossy at points, but this is a flaw I feel that I am improving on.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I would issue the player a warning explaining to the said player what he/she did wrong.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - I would kick the player from the server explain what they did in the kick message.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - If a player went against my two warnings I would then tempban that player. The length of the temp ban would depend on the severity of the crime.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - If I am proved wrong on the forums, I would apologize and state that I was incorrect.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - I would alert the player of his/her wrong doing, and ask them the change/edit their post accordingly. I would also link them to the forum rules so they are clear on what is allowed and what is not.
When would you lock a thread? -
I would lock a thread under the following circumstances:
- Thread is way off topic
- The Creator has requested a lock
- Its a spam thread
- The topic has already been brought up and discussed/solved. (I would link them to the topic of similar nature)
- A flame war has begun.
- The thread has been "grave dug"

Describe yourself in 1 sentence: I am a loyal worker, who always attempts to assist others in any way possible.
Anything else we should know about you? - I aspire to be a law enforcement officer when I am an adult, and I have a deep respect for rules.
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - I would address the player and ask him how he got out of the map. I would screenshot/record the player just incase the used illegal mods/hacks to reach the area. Then I would ask them to return to the normal map. If they refused, I would then kick them from the game.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - I once ran my own server, and I know almost all of the commands for most common plugins. Its also very easy for me to learn new commands.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - I do indeed.
