Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -
I look at myself as active on all three. On the forums, I do not have the most amount of posts (about 300), due to the fact that I tend to “lurk”. But the average time I spend looking around the forums averages a good 5-7 hours a day. The time I spend on TeamSpeak is not as lengthy as the others. Depending on the day, I can spend up to 10 hours, or as little as 2. Server wise, I spend an average of 2-5 hours, the max being up to 10. In helpfulness, I consider myself a helpful person. I try and give them as much of my knowledge as possible. If I cannot answer it, I ask another and pass the information on.
Which server are you applying for? -I am applying for the server Mc-WarZ.

How old are you? -I am 14 years old.
What time zone are you in? -I am in the Central Time Zone. (UTC-06:00)
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -I began playing slightly over a year ago. My first exposure to it was over the Pocket Edition. Through that, my interest in Minecraft grew. Eventually, I bought Minecraft on the PC. Before, I never knew that there was a PC version for Minecraft. Once I had gotten the game, much of my time was spent on Singleplayer. I had no knowledge on Multiplayer existing. But once I started playing it, I was hooked. The first server I played was a normal PVP server. Once my interest there faded away, I began playing a factions server. After some time passed I moved to a prison server. There, I spent a lot of time, being suggested to apply for moderator but never getting to it. From there, I met the person who brought me to McBrawl; specifically Mc-War. It caught my attention immediately. At first, it did confuse me a fair bit. But after a week or two, I had figured it out, snatching much of my interest to it at the same time.
What is your experience with moderating servers? -Moderating servers is something I do not have the most knowledge of. I have been Head-Admin before on a server owned by a friend, though I am now an Admin only now. Their server is no longer up, but the forums are still up. Here is a link (http://i.imgur.com/PLpusPh.png) to a screenshot of the forums, where the Admin tag is visible. Other than this, I have never gotten a moderator rank or above. I have been suggested before, though I have never continued playing a server long enough to consider the rank. Though I have no direct experience, I have learned much from talking and socializing with other moderators. From this, I have a rather level head with what to expect.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I strive to give the community a sense of welcome and help. I hope to give ones who have just started a welcomed feeling, as well as information on what to do, what not to do, etc. DDOS threats, spamming, advertising, and other such things are examples of something that I want to keep the servers free of to provide an atmosphere that is enjoyable to play in to other players.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I consider myself a relatively active person. I do not spend all my time on it, but I come on a good amount each day. A good 2-5 hours are spent there, varying from each server.
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -I am quite active on TS3. Some days I might not come on, due to events on that day. Aside from that, I tend to spend about 2-10 hours a day on it.
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -On the forums, I see myself as an active person. My post count is not the most, but the amount of time I spend there is rather immense. An average of 5-12 hours is spent there, browsing most of the time.
What do you consider your greatest strength? -I consider my greatest strength to be my personality. In the past, I have been said to be very motherly to ones I have spoken to, as well as kind and friendly. This being said, it allows people to talk to me a lot easier than others, causing some to respect my words a little more, or problems can be told to me with more ease.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? -As well as being my strength, I regard my personality as a weakness as well. Being such a friendly person will sometimes give a feeling of guilt when I must ban or kick someone. Though this happens, it is easy to stifle the feeling.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -I would message or say in public chat to stop whatever wrongdoing they are doing and tell them that if they do not stop, they would be kicked.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -If they do not stop after the warning, I would do as said and kick them from the server.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -Thus, if they still have not stopped after all that has happened, I would ban them temporarily for an hour.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? -
I would apologize for what I have said wrong, thanking them as well for showing me my mistake.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -A warning would be told to them personally, telling them that they have broken a rule and to not commit the violation once more. If they continue on, the report button will come into use, or someone of a higher rank will be alerted.
When would you lock a thread? -
A thread would be locked if any of the following apply to it:

-The thread has gone off-topic for several pages.

-It is a duplicate or spam thread with no meaning behind it.

-It has been requested to be locked.

-The original topic has been solved.

-A large argument/flame war has begun on the thread.

-The thread has been “grave dug”.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -Firstly, I would warn the person in either private message or public chat to return to the map by /spawn or block-glitching. If they proceed to ignore it or blatantly refuse, I will ask them once more. In the scenario that this next warning is ignored, I will kick them from the server. Once they return, I would ask them how exactly they got out of the map. This is optional, seeing that the person may not respond. In the case that they do respond, I would report it.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? -
Yes, I do know of how the plugins and commands that would be available work.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? -Yes. I understand that undesirable actions from me would result in a demotion.
