    This is not "OOM", it is simply just camping. It is known, and I believe it will be fixed sometime soon.

    The ground needs to be lower and have stairs.

    Already reported before. They only need to add stairs or a ladder so it's possible for you to get up there.

    Colonel_Chris has already mentioned this is being looked into here. Be sure to search for similar threads when reporting map glitches. You can do this by using the "Search" feature in the top right. Locking.
