The servers have a anti cheat plugin it's just that It doesn't prevent all the hacks, on the Hive there is hackers daily operating. There is no way to stop them except by reporting them so do so if you see one.

 

We use No Cheat on all of the 10 WarZ servers.

 

I do agree that WarZ is kinda filled with hackers.
Maybe we could get another anti-cheat plugin for WarZ?

He means that people in CoD rage a lot, just like in WarZ.

 

If there is a hacker, it can be easily taken care of just by taking a video, screenshot. Then report it on the forums.

They do the best they can to automatically prevent the hackers, but part of the job is up to you and whether the players really want them gone or not.

 

If someone is fly hacking, a video is always better than a screenshot. Screenshots could show a floating player. Could be lag, or they could be falling.

 

Yeah, I kinda assumed you would know which is better for which situations.

OOM Glithces = Screenshot
Fly Hacks = Video/multiple screenshots
PvP hacks = Video

etc.

 

That is the problem most of the times. Try to inform a staff member, or someone who can record. Make sure someone/everyone knows there is a hacker that needs to be reported.

 

I have a bad laptop, use Camtasia ( Recording SoftWare ) its made for bad laptops and computers. I can recored with around same fps when im not using it

I am not being rude, I simply disagree with you saying that the no-cheat doesn't work. If it were not for no-cheat then we would have people flying around the nether with all sorts of hacks that no-cheat takes away.

 

Just yesterday I had Giturdun god modding and no plugin stopped him. Maybe real mods that are active can help. If staff was online more this problem would not be very big. Like Minecraftwarz.com , they have over 200 people on there ban list thanks to active staff!

 

You might want to rephrase what you're saying. Too me it sounds like you're trying to say the staff (me) here are rubbish. If you're so upset by all of the "godmoders" and "hackers" then you can report them here in the forums. Us WarZ mods are not allowed to simply ban people, we have to have sufficient proof and show it to someone of a higher rank than us.

 

I cannot record every hacker on WarZ. If I wanted to I would have to run around and record non stop to catch every hacker. The problem, and no I am not calling you the moderators rubbish, is I see no mods getting after hackers when they are on. Why are you a mod in the first place if you can't uphold the rules on the server you where moderated on. Just my thoughts. I mean no disrespect.
