what are the best perks in your opinion?

Scavenger is number 1, it is a must have. The second best would probably be sleight of hand or stopping power, depending on how you think you will use it. Get scav though of all of them.

 

Flackjacket. It currently does not work so I love people that use it :V

 

Scavenger hands down, it's the best perk in my opinion it's an absolute essential to play with because you get 1/4 of your ammo back per kill, I also have sleight of hand, this perk is good for FFA and gungame that's all I use it for.

 

I don't have any perks but the one that I think is good is Scavenger. It looks very handy, especially for the guns with low ammo, such as the Minigun.
Scavenger is not the best for me though, as I never get any kills.

 

Scavenger for obtaining extra ammo for every kill. Sleight of hand makes you reload faster, I highly suggest getting it.

 

My favorite are Scavenger: Regaining more ammo upon kills, and Stopping Power: More power dealt to each shot.

 

1. Scavenger - You need it. Ammo is the most pay to win part of the game.
2. Sleight of Hand (SoH) - Very useful for FFA, gun game, and l120_Isolater as joeymast99 stressed.
3. Stopping Power - If you have to do an FFA with some gun like an M4A1, this is your go-to perk.

Scavenger is the best. It would not be possible to nuke a lot with guns such as the Skullcrusher without it.

 

Scavenger is the perk that you have to have. If you want another perk then sleight of hand is a very good perk to use with guns like the Isolater because it makes the guns reload twice as fast.

 

Everyone loves scavenger as it is the most useful and my favorite and only perk that I got. The other which could potentially good would be marathon but there is probably better ones, it's just that I don't know the perks
