    Try /war gun apply skullcrusher
    Also, press your right shift key and left click at the same time while not in the inventory. Then, try it again.
    It actually isn't all that slow. Something bad would be 275+, really.

    Is the bug with actually selecting the gun still persisting, or is it fine now?
    (did you do /war gun apply or right shift + left click?)

    Alright. So that the problem doesn't occur for anyone else/is fixed for you, we need specifics. What exactly happens when you try to select the Skullcrusher? Have you tried selecting any other weapons? Any mods? etc.

    when i picked any gun it switched back to cbow

    Your pics don't give very much information.
    It may be because you're switching guns literally rIGHT before the game starts.
