    Hey everyone!
    Well I recently purchased something from the donor shop and in my opinion, it was horrible.
    So I decided for donors out there that this is a new way to make them be happy about
    their purchase. So say for example I buy a gun, and I don't like it. Maybe I can change the item for
    something lower price like a perk. A gun costs $5 and a perk is $3 the server basically makes $2 extra from donations. This not only helps the server get more money, it also makes costumers happier. So every donor can do this, but only ONCE. I don't want to see everyone swapping stuff. But the thing is if for example, I'm trading a flame-thrower for a perk. You will get the perk for your item, but the item you won't have anymore. I think this is a fair way of buying things. I know some people bought stuff and wants to charge back or isn't happy with their orders. So this is a way you can get something new while helping the server!
    But note if you want to swap something in the shop these are what you should know.
    *You can only swap your item ONCE
    *You must trade/swap your item you don't like for something in lower price!
    *You will get you new item from the shop, but the one you traded/swapped you won't have anymore.
    Also, if this is through, there should be a swapping/trading section in the shop so that is where it should be.

    This would mean less donations for the server :v For example, the c4 is getting nerfed soon, so when it indeed get's nerfed the player could just swap it out for grenades instead, that the player was most likely going to buy anyways.

    Once you buy something you bought it, deal with it. But ok maybe there could be a refund system implemented instead.

    That's what the gun range is for...
    Plus you can ask people what they think of certain donor guns, plenty of people do that.

    Aaaaaactually I think it should be moved here, considering it is an idea that he would like applied applies to all servers.

    As @Scoat2 said, the gun range can be used to test all the weapon mechanics, since your problem is war-based. If you want to know things like damage, just ask a player who has it.

    If there were to be any sort of donation refund / swapping system, it is imperative that it was clear that changes to purchases, such as a change in weapon on MC-War, could only be made in the following 24 Hours, after the purchase is complete.
    Any later than 24 hours post purchase, no changes can be made.

    Well, I don't think this would work, otherwise I could buy a $3 thing and swap it for a Membership or a new gun that costs more.

    If you don't like your item, buy a new one. :stuck_out_tongue:
    But the only time I have seen something like this occur is when a donator on a server that shut down gets a refund or a swap, but I don't think this is necessary.
