That... wow. I just... I feel the entire Minecraft community is just... horrible. I could sit here and talk about how horrible DDoSing is (which it is absolutely horrible) but the truth is that it won't change how these children are acting. It is against the law, but the police don't care enough about such small matters to do anything about it. The people who are doing it don't understand what they're doing. They think it's all just a game, and because they're behind a computer screen, they think nothing can touch them. Which is partially true. I had a problem with someone who was DDoSing me (and more) and it was really messing up my life because my parents also need the internet to do important work.
I think if they understood how much it affects other people, maybe they wouldn't do it as much.
Wow... this turned into a rant that was way longer than it should've been. Sorry.

Anyway, try resetting your modem. It should change your IP. Don't use Skype, use TS3. Like said before, if you really can't change your IP, then it may mean having to quit McBrawl for a while, at least until you can change your IP.

I suggest you to stop using Skype completly, make a new account if you want and use it only for friends you KNOW and REALY TRUST (people you know from real life).

 

Yes only talk to IRL people but be careful who you choose because one of my IRL friends DDoSed me once but then i change my IP and moved so he can't DDoS me again.

 

I can't believe people would do this over a game...
I've never been DDOSd before, but if someone tries, they will never DDOS again
