Brawl Moderators.

Wait let me gets this straight if some one reports a mod everyone can see it? That part alone could cause slander to a mods name, shouldn't it be kept privately with the admin.

 

I like the idea, but the responses should be private.

 

I would talk with peas or an admin for staff issues.

 

The feed back should be kept private between Super Mods and Admins. And wouldn't a lot of people send spam? Like "ban him plz, he kicked me". Cause a lot of people get mad at you when your only doing your job.
It's better to usually PM putty about the feed back or complaint rather than have a report system.
I like the idea though.

 

I'm always open to talk to people about issues with staff.
I am sure the majority of staff will agree with me when I say that I usually give them a talking to about the issues - If I then see no improvement, i'll let Putty and Bvo know.

 

To be fair, the mods are doing their job well and maturely, I generally know the moderators or have already spoken to them/being friends.
From my point of view the staff are doing their job well but reporting them for certain inappropriate actions wouldn't go amiss

 

I personally have not had an incident that is worth reporting a mod over. If you think that you are getting abused or have other problems then I would personally say message a super-mod or chickenputty.

2. It causes drama
3. You can always privately message an administrator if you are having difficulty with another moderator.

 

I've always been one for public humiliation. What they have done should be exposed to the community and the conmunity should have some kind of say in our moderators demotions.

 

Well i'll don't really agree with this. Let's say your friend became a moderator, and he's being disrespectful and abuses his powers, you wouldn't really want him to see that.

 

Well he deserves it then, in my honest opinion. If he does terrible things, we should all know what he did.

 

What if it is false information?

 

Then the community sees the information is false. If it is open to the community, other plays can testify to it.

 

Then it just becomes a matter of "My word against yours". Talking to an admin or Super-mod is a much better alternative because they have insight and information that regular players do not have
