Horse spawn rate?

    It seems horses are more abundant on the new map, I was wondering if someone could tell me the spawn rate of the horses and if they spawn in a specific areas.

    I'm pretty sure it's the same, there is just a lot more open space for them to spawn now. I've seen quite of number of them recently.

    I think that the rate is more, I have seen more than on the other maps..

    I don't think so, in the last map the horses were extremely rare.

    It's either what Mojang said or horse rate buffed for easier travel.
