So, ya heard teh title. Basically, I saw this idea of "half-perks". They seemed a bit.....too advantage-giving, considering donations keep the server up. So, I turned on my PS4, and opened CoD ghosts for this reason. Then I looked at wiki :V

    Perk list:
    1. Stalker (credit to @Signatured)
This perk would allow for you to move faster when aiming down sights. Useful for those snipers or for FFA gamemodes.
    Price: 4k credits

    2. Steady Aim (I'm sure it was suggested)
This perk would increase your hip-fire accuracy by 50% and your normal accuracy would be increased by 40%. I guess mini/SnP players may use this.
    Price: 3.7k credits

    3. Resilience (I bet we have spoken 'bout this one)
You will take no fall damage.
    Price: 5k credits

    4. Tactical mask (Sure that suggested)
Tactical mask would make you immune to fire damage, blindness and emp.
    Price: 8k credits

    Reason for high prices:
They are used for non-donors. Which means that they need to be challenging to unlock.

These perks can be used manually, just 1 of them, as they stack up with donor ones.

So when you buy one of these perks, are they permanent or just for the game?
One big note, I would advise making resilience only no fall damage. If you were able to not get heads hotted, you would just buy super armor. Then, you would virtually never die (well, it would be very hard to die).
Aside from that I think these ideas are alright. Good ideas I guess.

They are permanent. Also, thanks for the advice. I'll balance out that perk then.

Tactical Mask for 8 k ? That's nothing, raise it to 20 k :v we're taking about being immune to fire and EMP's

    No.
This would need to be 30k-50k to each.
Almost all 31+ have the credits for these.

If they're permanent, than the prices need to be raised. Tactical Mask would be too OP no matter the price, so I would have to say no to only that perk. Once you raise the price to at least 45k, than I'll +1 your idea.

You do realise that most people don't even have 20k kills this just gives donors a even bigger advantage.

And how long have you been playing? 20k-50k really for a perk that makes you take no fall damage, that's with like 1 credit, and the other perks are pretty pointless aswell, the only one I see being useful is tactical mask.

Well, if these are mainly geared towards the non donor players, Stalker would nicely compliment the use of snipers like the l118a or the iso, and steady aim would work TREMENDOUSLY well with the model (God help us with that).
Just going to say thus too, I have 100k credits, and I only had MVP (from a contest) for one month. The only things I have ever bought were all the weapons, a clan, and a clan rename. If these were bumped to 50k, you are going to have to play for a LONG time before you even get one. Plus, not many of the non donators have that sort of dedication. I think Jared is the oldest one. Just saying that it is going to have to take extreme dedication to get one of these perks.

Exactly no one is going to want to save up 50k credits for a perk, they'll probably give up before they even get half way.

Yeah, I think that they should be perks unlocked at a certain level for a smaller amount of creds, like 8k or something...
I personally, have never donated for xp, MVP, VIP, or credits. And I am hovering around 1k credits because I like to buy armor and nades and whatnot...
I think that 20k for a perk is ridiculous.

    Also:
These aren't very OP, and I personally would never use them unless you could use donor perks at the same time...

    MY MAIN QUESTION:
Can you use one nondonor and one donor perk at the same time?

Moving faster while aiming down sights involves less zoom as well.
steady aim would be horridly op for weapons like minigun and stuff.
    Resilience, very limited use.
Tactical mask, about 90% sure this is going to be added also having you being immune to fire damage makes flamethrower useless, it is useless enough currently.

All of you guys are arguing for the price, but why not decrease the time. Maybe each perk could last from 1-4 months. This way you would have to keep buying the perks and you could test them all out.
