    So I've been building a map and I would like to submit it to the forums. But I don't know exactly how to upload it. I made a media-fire account ( I don't know if I even need one) to upload the map. I tried to upload it but it was taking to long so I cancelled it. I also don't know if I need to zip the file or have WinRar. thanks.

    Put a download link, if its on the creative server you don't need to put the link. Also post screenshots of the map.

    You can also upload your snapshots to Imgur.com. That way, you can just give us a link instead of TONS of attachments.
