Pff you forgot to credit me!! TheKidCudy took my rainbow barrett i had made. he copied the mcmeta file and stuff. He then showed you how to do it ! So I'm in a part of this a little

@ChevyLoX How did you even make the guns go sparkly? I saw with the "mcmeta" file or something. Maybe a little tutorial to ya buddy?

Pretty simple to be honest.
The "sparkling" is an item animation.
The mcmeta file corresponds with the animated item. So if you were animating the Barrett, the mcmeta file would be named diamond_axe.mcmeta if that's correct. You get the point.
You can open the mcmeta file using a text editor. There are frames in there. You'll notice that the animated item texture has multiple frames. That's used in animations. You can define the delay in ticks (20 ticks = 1 second) between the frame change, and the order in which the frames go.
