    I think grenades might need to be fixed because when ever i throw one it takes a very long time to explode and i don't take any damage either. If i am wrong about this please comment and tell me because i might have bin lagging.

    They do take a reasonably long time to explode, but that is what you would expect of a hand grenade - they do not explode upon initial ground impact.
    I will test the grenade damage now myself, and get back to you.

    Turns out, sometimes it gives damage, then other times it doesn't (Not affected by /friend or not)

    Actually, there are two primary types of 'nades, the ones that explode on impact, and the ones that explode after a set amount of time :v
