There have been many posts about reaching a certain level, KDR or number of total kills lately and I must say it gets a bit annoying. (Examples: https://www.brawl.com/threads/16733/ , https://www.brawl.com/threads/17035/)

Its of course nice if you reach a new level or e. g. 20.000 kills, but it is not really necessary to share that with the whole community. Make a little party with your friends, maybe post a thread in Off Topic, but please don't always post a new thread in Mc-War Discussion! If you reach level 100 or 100k kills, okay, thats a really big achievement, but try to keep the Discussion free of other threads like those please!

It's fine to post something like that where they do. It's discussion about MC War

Its not necessary, but I know the achievement of getting some 50k kills or something like that. I know I've done it for big achievements.

Creating several ones logging your progress on the server is another thing entirely.

Are you high? I can't understand what you just said...

On topic: I think it is ok to post a thread about an achievement occasionally, but not "OMG I HAVE 10k kills!" And then "OMG I HAVE 11K KILLS!!1!!1!11"

A post just saying that you reached a amount of kills has not really discussion potencial.

Yeah, thats my point; You should only do it for big achievements, not for every 10k kills you reach.

It is not a discussion about mc-war it is just "spam" because like roke said they are not talking about mc-war they are talking about a score ore achievements.
If everyone would post a theread after they reach a 1.0 or 2.0 kdr or even a double nuke in one game the forum would be spammed and that's what we not want.
I always see these post and just think k nice done and now?

I think that posting thinks about your progress is nice because you get support from other players but I only think it's necessary when you reach a big achievement like level 100 or 100k kills.

Spamming the forums with your achievements isn't good, but something like 50k kills is fine. As long as it's not made because you got a 1.15 KDR from 1.14 or something, it's still fine to post your achievements. You should change the title, it's misleading .-.

Some threads that like you when you get 50.000 kills or a 2.0 kdr or you get 100.000 kills then it is acceptable but posting a thread saying that you got 20.000 kills is pointless.

    How is the title missleading?

level 100, 100k kills, and 5.0 kdr are fine, but when you create a thread on every thousand kills you get, then that's another thing. Something big like the ones listed above are great and worth showing off to the whole community. Remember "War Discussion" means you can create threads relating to the topic of MC-War that doesn't fit in the other sub-sections MC-War has. Spamming the forums with achievement threads isn't a good option, but if you occasionally post something about your triple nuke that lead you to 100k kills, then its fine.

    My bad, confusing.
Perhaps change it to "Regarding threads on reaching new levels, kill count, KDR" or something.
    Now where were we

Would posting a thread showing you getting a 4.0 KDR be ok?
I'm going to make a level 100 and 100K kills soon (level 94, 89K kills currently)

My opinion: If somebody is happy with it, give him the ability to post these treads.
It also make the forums a bit more active and I like that.
But I do agree with the multiple postings like you said, great milestones are okey, but after every 10k kills... It will be a bit too much spam.

For posting threads to make yourself happy we have the Off Topic I guess.

The title is good, I changed it.

I hate people who brag about reaching something like 1k kills. I'd rather see an actual discussion about gun balancing or something :V

I was just thinking about making a thread like this :v
Yes I totally agree, put it in off topic, or just mention it ingame.
No need to remind everyone of your achievements.

I agree, but it would be alright to post a thread marking your level 100 milestone, or 100k kills, or something like that. Like everyone else has said above, anything else like posting after every 10k kills would be too much spam.
