    So I have 50 bucks laying around, I was wondering if I should go ahead and buy cases and keys. I believe I can get anywhere from 15-20 crates (including the keys to open them with). Not sure if I should do this or not though, as if i get a bunch of 2 cent items I will probably break down and cry.
    All I really want from the openings is a knife but i'm fairly confident that will not happen..

    I think buying crates are a bit risky, sometimes I buy from here http://steamcommunity.com/market/
    But I have also opened cases and gotten good things, like for an example a bayonet crimson web battle scarred sold and I bought a bunch o good skins including a bayonet.
    Sooooo.

    I recommend doing trade up contracts with guns from the same case and durability. If you choose the right case you can make alot of money
