I just had an idea. Players should be able to buy upgrades to their kits to improve them and have stronger starting weapons. They could upgrade to tier III but need to donate for tier IV(otherwise people would be op). So here's an example of what i mean:
Default Kit: m9, full leather, canned beans
tier II default kit: glock18, full gold, 2 canned beans
tier III default kit: .44 magnum, full chain, 4 canned beans
tier IV default kit: deagle, full iron, 5 canned beans
It could cost more and more to upgrade and eventually would turn into donor only upgrade.

    HELL NO.
None of the noobs would ever win because there would be that one guy who upgraded everything and nobody would advance

The whole point of HG is to FIND your items.
Not start out with everything and wreck

But in theory that one guy needs tons of credits to advance. it's like mc war if some guy has a skully of course it's going to be hard for some guy with an m16 to kill him.

Oh god a tier IV default kit with a deagle, and full iron. That would just wreck no matter who you might oppose. Especially if you manage to find a SMG or LMG.

No I don't think this would be logical, because imagine the Heavy class Tier III or IV. Some classes are already really powerful, and that would make them so much better.

I am saying once someone gets tier 3/4 nobody will advance because he would wreck too hard.

I thought of this idea myself but then it was more like this:

default tier I: m9, full leather, 32 ammo, 1 canned beans (200 credits)
default tier II: m9, full leather, 32 ammo, 3 canned beans (400 credits)
default tier III: glock18, full leather, 32 ammo, 2 blood bags (800 credits)
default tier IV: magnum, full leather 32 ammo, 2 blood bags (1600 credits)

    tier1 normal cost
    tier2 doubble tier 1 cost
    tier3 doubble tier 2 cost
tier 4 doubble tier 3 cost
