Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - Yes, I am active on all the three places. I am more active on the forums because I can always check that out from my phone.
Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? - I don't count the rule breakers I report. But whenever I see a rule breaker I always make sure to report him on the website no matter what happens.

How old are you? - I am 15 years old. I will be 16 on the 8th of August.
What time zone are you in? - I am at GMT+2. Or in other words, the holland timezone (West-Europe)
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I have been playing for like 4 years now. I got the game as a present from my parents. I watched a lot of youtubers playing minecraft before that so I knew some basic stuff about the game. When I got the game I instantly started with the servers and I found out that there were a lot of really good and really fun servers (HG, kitpvp, factions, survival). In that time I didn't really realize that some server had to be coded. I went from server to server and learned a lot about the game. I learned a lot about redstone and went into creating giant machines using redstone. Then I finally found a server called "Super-gaming" and stayed there for a while. I learned there about hackers and glitchers. I also learned that I could report them. I still report people because I know that hacking is an unfair advantage and that those people are deserved to get punished for the bad choice they make.

After Super-gaming I found out another server "World of boon". This server got deleted after a year. I was one of the people that keep the server going to the end. I played every day and learned a lot about minecraft, probably everything I know now. I began to develop my building skills by making an own town called Riften. I was the owner of that town after the previous owner started hacking the server and got banned. In that time I was also looking a lot of the videos from n11ck and got surprised about how cool his maps looked. I was a huge fan of Cod and it was amazing to see maps made in my other favorite game. After World of boon ended I started working on Call of duty maps. After some mistakes I finished my first map "Downhill". I was amazed about how good it looked at that time. I posted that one on Super-gaming. I then started working on my second map called "Encore". It was a huge map and from the start I thought it would become another mistake of me. In that time I also went around looking for servers to put my map on. I came across a server called Minecustoms (Died some months ago). I posted my map on there and it got some good replies. It helped me for Encore and after some months I finished the map and it was great. When I finished it I posted it on those 2 servers and went looking for more. I found McBrawl (Multiplayerservers at that time) and posted my map. It got amazing responses and that's what started me to make maps, those 2 maps got accepted some time later. I started on Warhawk then and finished it after some time. After Warhawk Sturm asked me if he wanted to make a map with me. Ofcourse I said yes! We made Stormfront, one of the biggest Cod map in the history of cods, we made it like 2 months. We then decided to start a build team and work on Bayview and now on Octane.

After I posted my second map (Encore) I started to play a lot of MCBrawl. I started playing Mc-War and for my surprise I already played that a long time ago. I got very known to the server and decided to get more active on the forums and teamspeak. I wanted to become mod on Mc-War but didn't have enough time then. Then, McParty got announced. I played and I loved it so much. I always loved minigames and that was just an amazing experience. I wanted to help, help that server grow big, get away the hackers and help with bugs. I posted ideas on the forums, and still am now, and hoping they will get added one day. One thing I loved about McParty is how active the coder is. I started getting more known around other people and got good friends here. That's how I got here and what I am right now.
What is your experience with moderating servers? - I never been moderator before. I know that is bad because I am applying for one but I was and still am always helping the moderators by reporting players.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I will provide a good gameplay for the McBrawl server. I will do this by helping people and punish the people that are ruining the game for everyone else. I will also help with ideas to keep expanding the MCBrawl network and keep it running.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I never used and will never use a hacked client. It gives an unfair advantage to the player and doesn't involve any skills. I rather know that I am good by myself instead of having to use a hacked client.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - Honestly, I have been banned before but this was a long time ago. So what happend was that I got promoted on a creative server (I could build on the whole world) and a girl asked me if I could help her with removing this statue. So ofcourse I helped her and yeah... it wasn't her statue and I got banned for griefing. I never wanted to grief, the only thing I wanted to do is help a person. I never went back because I forgot the forums for it.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I consider myself pretty active in-game. I play most games and I also record them for my YT channel and I enjoy playing on the server together with some friends or just alone. I play most of the games on the server but I mostly stick with creative and party.
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - I consider myself somewhat active on there, not as active as ingame though. Why? Because I have a laptop and sometimes I can't get on Ts because I am sitting downstairs. I can still play then but just without using Ts
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - I consider myself pretty active on the forums. I might not have a lot of posts (252 by now) but I always look at most threads and reply if I have to.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - I consider my greatest strength being my patience. You can't get me mad and I will always take the time to help people if they need help.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I think my weakness is that I am not the best with languages. My native language is dutch. Don't get me wrong, I can type pretty good but my talking isn't the best thing in the world for me.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I will warn them for the thing they are doing. If it's hacking I will record it and send it to a Smod.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - Kick him if it's really bad. Otherwise I would give him a second warning and tell him the consequences if he keeps doing it.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - Kick him with the reason why. If he comes back and keeps doing it I will kick or temp ban him on the number of times he does it.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I will thank that person for making that better. We still have to learn a lot, right? I believe that with every mistake you learn something and that's why I would thank that person if I am really wrong. If it's an opinion thing I will tell him why I think that way.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - I will give him a warning on what he did wrong and explain it to him if needed. If it's needed I will lock the thread or report it to a Smod so he can delete the comment or thread when needed.
When would you lock a thread? - I will by those situations:
-Flame war between people
-Requested lock from the owner of the thread
-Breaks the forums rules
-Grave dig
-The topic went off-topic
-The question has been answered or already brought up
-Duplicate of another thread.

Anything else we should know about you? - I love helping people with stuff. Ever since the first years of school I have been helping people with stuff and getting people out of fights. I will always defend my friends if needed.
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -
1: Give the player a warning and ask him to come back.
If that happens:
2: I thank the person and ask him to show me how he got there.
3: I check the forums if this OOM already has been reported.
If this doesn't happen:
2: Kick the player with the reason of OOM
3: If the player comes back, I will explain to him how OOM is unfair to other people and defeats the gameplay of the game.
4: If he continues to do this I will kick him and maybe temp ban if he continues to do this.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - I know some of the basic stuff but might need some help to get a fully understanding of all the commands used.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - I fully understand this and will never do this. A moderator has to be there for the people and has to understand not to abuse his power. A moderator has to defend the players and create a good gameplay for the people to play in.
