McBrawl Creative Ranks Application: Advanced Builder

What is your current rank? - As of right now i am a Builder.
What rank are you applying for? - I am applying for the Advanced Builder Application.
Do you understand what this rank provides? - Yes. It Provides me with the Ability to shout, /item , the access to the world with big plots via /warp world2 and the access to claim actually a big plot.
Are you part of any Building Teams in our community? - Yes! I am on @DarkPhantom00 's Plot, along with @wickedchezburger , @hudson1928 , and @daniellazer290. We are building a small community that contains modern/Victorian town homes, a bank, grocery store, and a park.

What is your experience with building in Minecraft? - I have built on multiple plot servers, and love building houses, parks, and hidden away dungeons.
Why do you need the rank? - I would like this rank for a couple of reasons.
1: @DarkPhantom00 has mentioned to me many times that i should apply
2. I would love to communicate with the other AdvBuilders with the Shout function, instead of them having to come to the plot that i am on.
3. I would love to show more of what i can build. I love building new things.

Show us a picture of your current build - This is the house that i built alone. Three Stories. First Floor is the Kitchen and Living Room, Second Floor is the Bedroom and Bathroom, and the Third Floor is the Attic.
This is @wickedchezburger's house. I helped him with the Interior and Exterior design, as well as the Foundation and Frame of the House.

Show us pictures of your previous builds - This is my first build on the server. It was meant to be a small stage, but i decided to make a sacrificial "Dungeon" for @Chaploo.

This build is from a server that i play on with most of my close friends. It's a little hard to tell, but we built a Treehouse.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges rank will be taken away? - Yes. I understand fully that i shall not abuse any of the commands given to me,
