    In the actual game, when they get really close to you (like 1 second's worth of walking), they have a very faint red tint.
    That could be done by removing their /vanish and just making them have the Invisibility potion effect, which would give off particles and show their weapon, if equipped.
    If they were further than, say, 10 blocks, they would have the equivalent of /vanish as to deter hackers with Tracer.
    On a side note, if this ever is going to actually be added, I know 100% what to do and how the mechanics would work, so all that would need to be done is coding, rather than brainstorming how mechanics would work.
