    Not exactly, its saying it would do less/more damage than it does now. but still, it makes hell-a-no sense.

    Eh, wot?
    So full diamond gets you one-shotted because Snipers go through armor? Seems like Snipers would be the only sensible gun to have in this case. -1.

    snipers pierce armor

    grapple with the idea until you get it.
