    I have been wanting to suggest this for a while, but haven't gotten around to doing it.

    Using /report <Name> <Reason>
    to, well report someone. This is to be used if you believe someone is hacking/rule breaking. It would be must faster than recording someone, rendering, uploading, and then making a report. I have seen this on another server and it works like magic, there are almost no hackers there. When someone does /report then a SMOD+ would get a notification and see if that person id breaking the rules or not. I know what you are going to say, "What if someone does /report Munga911 GAY LOLOLOLOL" there would be a consequence if someone misuses the /report command. They would be temp banned for 1 hour after their 3rd troll /report for "Abusing /report" This would help out a lot with hackers because sometimes I am in a fight with one and I couldn't record fast enough to get enough proof to get them banned.

    But... There is no way to prove the hacking. What if no smod+'s are on?

    The report would need some way to submit proof of the incident. It would be a nice way to get an moderators attention but you could always friend them at the hub, join their server, and tell them that way.

    They would /v behind them and test for aimbot/ff/ka or anti kb or check the logs for spam.

    I think its a good idea personally, however there aren't always mods on and what if they are busy and dont want to do that thing that you told them such as /v and stuff like that. If it had a bunch of tweaking I can see this idea working out. Good luck.

    This wouldn't work.
    There aren't enough smods+ to constantly be on the servers to wait for /report uses.

    The report can be sent to the forums through said smod's report box for them to check later on.

    Uh, there is a way. Use the method that smods currently use. A report can be sent if someone thinks that player is suspicious of something illegal. This way, they can report the player and have the smod check him/her later on if they can't whip out their recording software fast enough. Have you thought of searching if something like this will work? I don't think you did, because I found a plugin on Bukkit which works exactly like the idea Munga is suggesting.
