2. Which kind of players would you invite? Which would you kick? - I would invite players that are kind, respectful and generally good at mc-war. I would not invite people under level 30 I would aim for about lvl 60.

3. TEST:

A) Xx_SyrupE_xX: has 30k kills, a 2.9 kdr, nukes regularly and is not rude.- He clearly reaches Bevy's requirements of being mature as well as good kdr. This is the kind of guy that I would want to invite as there are no sings of rudeness. Although there are no sings of rudeness I would still /msg him and tell him how strict Bevy is when it comes down to insulting etc.

B) KrinxyDeps: has 100k kills and 5.1 kdr, is extremely good however call other noobs and hackers all the time- I would tell Him/her that they are subject material for Bevy however they need to tone down all of the rudeness. I would tell them how Bevy excepts no rudeness and must be mature. I would play with them for an hour or so and then say KrinxyDeps its been nice playing with you ill remember this. ive gtg now tho ill play with you later. Then I would to /war l and do /war j Now they think that I've gone away and I will monitor how they behave. If they just start being disrespectful again I will /msg him and say that he is not allowed to join Bevy due to his bad behaviour. If he continues to be polite and mature then I would invite him/her.

C) _HusfyGoldIngot: is a low level that nukes a lot, he is already good for his level but doesn't have very high stats, no signs of rudeness- Seeing as he nukes a lot, I don't think it will be too hard for him to level up so I would say come on server 5 in 5 days or something like that and I will review how much he has levelled up. If he shows massive improvements and has levelled up I will give him an invite and tell him to continue the good work. If he has made no significant improvement I would say Reach level 40 or something like that.
D) JoniPoni123: has a decent ammount of kills, is a high level, is a nice guy but has a 1.8 kdr

E) DisruptuS: has 52k kills, a 3.0 kdr, used to be a glitcher and rude person, but claims that has completely changed.-the fact that he has said that he has changed completely makes me want to invite him, however just to be sure i would play with him for about 30 minutes and see how polite he is and the I would do the same thing as I had done with KrinxxyDeps and tell him that I had to take my dog for a walk or something.
(Note: those players don't actually exist)

4. If you saw a Bevy member insulting someone, what would you do? What about a member glitching? I would /msg them and tell them that glitching and insulting is not acceptable in Bevy. If they continue to insult I would give them an ultimatum saying you will be kicked from Bevy if you continue showing these signs of rudeness. As for glitching Iwould not give any sympathy for the fact that they are a member of Bevy and I would tell them to stop otherwise it's a kick from the clan.

5. Extras, say anything you want me to know. - As you can see my kdr is not very good this is because I was afk for a day and I lost a lot of kdr due to things like; ffa onein and infected. It went all the down to 0.4 kdr but I have worked it back up. I nuke regularly (ask players that I play with mainly on servers 10, 11, 12) and have never had a hacked client. You're probably bored reading this so im gonna finish off now.
