McBrawl Moderator Application:
Before I start, I want to thank all the people that supported me to come so far and even to get me writing this application. I was thinking about writing an application for moderator a long time ago, now the time has come. A long time I was thinking about an application for mc-war moderator, but there were already so much mc-war moderators, so I doubted it. A few weeks ago fpsHG (Beta) got released, when I played it for the first time, I already loved it. Since then, I continued playing. Because fpsHG had only two moderators, I came with the idea to write an application for it. I have learned a lot about fpsHG the last weeks and I was also very active on it. I hope this application is worth enough to give me a change of getting moderator on fpsHG.

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -
I am very active on McBrawl, at the moment you can see me the most on fpsHG, but I'm also very active on Mc-War and the last days also on the Minestrike Event server. I have come very far on Mc-War and I still love it, so I will continue playing. FpsHG has just started, but I already know I will make a great reputation on this server, I'm now one of the players with the most kills and I want to keep this rank besides it is awesome to play it. I am also very active on the forums, maybe I don't have very much postings and I don't post on every thread, but when I am online on the servers, I am online on the forums. Even if I am not online on the servers there is still a big change I am online on the forums. On teamspeak, it's a bit different, most of the time when I am online on the servers I am online on teamspeak, but I can't be always online because I have also a life besides McBrawl and I am not going to speak English the whole time if I am annoying my parents. This does not mean I am not very active on teamspeak. If I am online on teamspeak, you can find me in the lobby or I am in a channel with friends, most of the time for the Minestrike Event. I am very helpful in game, on the forums and on teamspeak. I want to help players as much as I can that. For example will hide while playing and answer there questions. If somebody ask me something I will always answer there questions. I am also trying to be very helpful on the forums and give players the information they want to know. If somebody asks me something on teamspeak I will answer them aswel as I do in game or on the forums. Because they ask the most when they are on a call with me it is even easier for me to answer them, and so do I.

Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? -
For now I have not reported many rule brakers, 12, but maybe this will be two times as much the day after I wrote this application. I am very bussy at the moment to report any kind of rule breakers from different McBrawl servers to help the server and cleaning it. Of course I will continue with reporting these rule breakers to help the server as much as I can to get a server as clean as possible.

How old are you? -
I am fifteen years old and my birthday is on two may.

What time zone are you in? -
I am living in The Netherlands so I am in the Mid-European Timezone.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -
I have Minecraft now over two years and from the beginning I wanted to learn about it. I am up to date by looking at video's from every new snapshot that comes out and there is almost nothing I do not know about Minecraft. I have also much experience with servers, I own a server by myself so I know what I can expect from servers and how they work.

What is your experience with moderating servers? -
As I said above I own a server by myself and know how how moderating works and what moderators can do on servers and what players expect from them. I have not been moderator on a server beside private servers with my real life friends.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -
I would help as much players as I can on the servers, the forums and on teamspeak. I also will continue being friendly to everybody. I will answer every question a player ask to me on a friendly way. I will warn players if they break any rules and kick them if needed after a couple of warnings, so I will stop spam, players that are raging / swearing, players that are glitching. If a player hacks I will kick them and report them directly after that. I will continue reporting rule breakers as good as possible to make the server even more clean from them. I will continue being calm and calm players down if they are angry, and I will continue being calm in the chat, on the forums and on teamspeak. Everyone will be able to PM me or start a conversation with me to ask me their questions or if I could help them, and I will.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? -
No, I'm not even thinking about hacks. I hate them, and I hate being unfair to other people.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? -
I was never banned from a public server.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? -
In a scale of 1 to 10, I will give myself a 9. I can't be online the whole day, but I try to be as much online as possible. If I can not play Minecraft I will start up Minechat on my iPhone and join a McBrawl server. I may be inactive sometimes but I will say that to the community, this will be if I am on a vacation or have loads of schoolwork to do for example exams. I can't be online 24/7, but I will be as much as possible.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -
In a scale of 1 to 10, I will give myself a 7,5. I am very much online but I am not always in a channel, but if I am I stay in it for long. The last time I became more and more active on teamspeak and I will continue this.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -
In a scale of 1 to 10, I will give myself a 9,5. If I have internet, I am online on the forums. I always stay up to date and I want to check to forums as much as I can.

What do you consider your greatest strength? -
I think my greatest strength is to keep calm, friendly and helpful. This helped me a lot for making friend, become well known in the community and if I stay calm and friendly, most of the time other people will stay that too.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
I do not actually know what my greatest weakness is, maybe it is my greatest strength, to keep calm and friendly, so that I will trust players that I actually do not have to trust.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -
I will warn him/her in the chat and send a message to him/her in game, so that they know they are breaking the rules and to watch out for doing it again.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -
I will warn him/her and say it's his/her last warning and I will message him/her this too, so that they know they can only make one more mistake.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -
I will kick him/her with the reason that he/she kept going one breaking the rules after a couple of warnings.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? -
I would stay calm and excuse for my wrong post, I will change my own post and give the right information. I will also say to him/her to PM me the next time instead of posting it public.

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -
I would start a conversation with the player that broke the rule and explain why or how they broke it. I will also send him/her the link of the forum rules.

When would you lock a thread? -
I will lock a thread if the owner requests it, if the question the owner asked was answered, if there might come a flame war in the thread or if there is a gravedig in a thread.

Anything else we should know about you? -
McBrawl is so much worth for me, I have came far in game and in the community. I have learned a lot from it and I will continue this. It also gave me friends that I respect. I love McBrawl.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -
- If I do not know, I will look how the player came out of the map or ask him/her how he/she did it.
- I will warn the player and ask him/her to go into the map again.
- If the player does not go back into the map I will tell them that they got my last warning.
- If the player still does not go back into the map I will take a screenshot of the player.
- After that I will tell what he/she did wrong and kick him/her from the server.
- If I know how the player OOM glitched I will screen record myself doing it.
- I will go back into the map.
- I will report the player for OOM glitching.
- I will report the OOM glitch.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? -
Yes, I have learned a lot about it because I own a server by myself.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? -
Yes, I do realize this.

If it will take about 2 to 3 weeks before an application get accepted/denied. I didn't know this. Over 2 weeks there's a big possibility that I will be absent because of vacation. I hope I will have internet, this will allow me to stay active on the forums and in game via Minechat. But there's a big change this will not happen if I haven't internet.

If it takes 2 to 3 weeks before it gets accepted/denied, please increase this for me to the time I will be back. I don't want to disappoint anyone for being inactive over a couple of weeks, but I can't help it. I want to be at home if there will be taken action with my application and I will post it when I will be back again.

I've heard this depends and also that I don't have to be active at the moment that there will be taken action with my application. I will info you guys when I will be absent and I hope I will be online again as soon as possible after my vacation.
