To become a staff its wanted to Be active on server forums and teamspeak And more minor but still recomended report hackers. After playing on this server frequently for almost a year I decided it was time to try and progress SO im doing things to be worthy of staff But i havent been able to report hackers
becuase usually its just a glitch or the outskill me. So how much will this affect me trying to be staff? please consider being easy on this when I do apply . Thank you very much.

Just sit in hub for a good 30 minutes, and that will get you ~3 fastbowers.

Do that over a week and boom, 20+ reports.
