i notice you staff out there aren't really strict about rulebreaker reports you ban people for alting (witch is barely an offence) because a lot of people submitted reports but then one person sends in a report of a d.d.o.s attempter (witch is a huge offence cause it damages the server) does not get banned i should know because i sent in a report of a d.d.o.s attempter p.s. he was never banned

see the screenshot that i attached then search up if hes banned at https://www.brawl.com/bans/ then you will see my point

Reason why he wasn't banned: Some assclown coded a hack client that will force players to say things in the chat they never wanted to say. That being said, ddos threats are no longer accepted as reports.

The staff can't ban for people saying that they're going to DDoS or saying they are, same with DoXing and SWATing, unless Putty checks the chat logs and finds the message, I have numerous ones of others, mostly skids, but, unless you can get the chat file, the person won't get banned.

You claim we're not strict enough with our bans, then contradict yourself in the first line of your post saying that we ban people for alting which is in your eyes "Barely even an offence". Are you trying to say we're too strict or not strict enough?

If they're a banned player and they're using an alt, that's bannable. If they're not banned and are using an alt, I don't think that's bannable.

Say I was a major hacker. Finally they ban me for hacking.
But wait, I can get on an alt and continue hacking. Without the alt policy, they'd have to ban me three times for a permanent ban, and I could get an alt then.
Now, with the alt policy, I would be permanently banned right away, which is good for everyone else.
Of course I'm not a hacker
Using an alt is fine, but using it for ban evasion is not.

The staff of McBrawl want the banned players out of brawl for good. This means their banned from all the servers on McBrawl, with the new alt policy (As Brawler stated) keeps players that are banned, banned for good. Yeah they may make an alt and not hack on it but McBrawl thinks "Well the player made his choice to hack and cheat, why should he be allowed back on the server"? I agree with them, I think the alt policy is very helpful.
