    I want to make a few YouTube videos but I need software for things like having a picture over a video, video over a video, etc.
    However I need a free one, because I would rather not pay a lot for video editing software. If someone could tell me a good one that is pretty easy to use, that'd be great.

    Move Maker doesn't allow for picture over picture though :L (I think)

    Sony Vegas Pro 11 Free Test Version for a month. You can do all the stuff listed aboce with it.

    alright m8, a pro's guide to video editing:
    fraps + big hard drive = record everything
    everything recorded + Vegas pro 13.0 = makes good movs
    cut footage + memes and cod greenscreens = gold.

    How do you get these things? simple.

    (just thought i would mention alot of the stuff i do in my vids requires alot of knowledge of the program, as i've been using it for a few years now, but you can look up tutorials for basically anything)

    By picture over a video, do you mean a watermark? If so, shoot me a PM and I can find a few free video editing programs for you. If you are looking for something besides a watermark, please notify me too and I will do my best to help you out.

    No, I mean like a way to put a literal picture over a video. Or a video inside a video. Like maybe a meme image.

    Camtasia should suit your needs perfectly. As a bonus, you can also record with Camtasia. Here is a link to the program.
