Hello mcbrawl community! We are proud to suggest an idea to the community. We are well aware of the ignored EULA, 'make profit within their game.' It's a bummer knowing all this time, many minecraft servers happen to brake this EULA which is quite illegal if it has been prohibited under use by any persons.

We are truly callous by this, although it was revoked or ignored for such a long time. What we plan to do is help save the site business or server runs by helping with any profit situations. We truly understand that the mcbrawl staff are creating [a] way
to solve the profit situations in order to keep this well maintained and running. This message thread is only a non-prohibited business suggestion under no regulations what so ever.

It is not an existing business but is well on it's way of being so. What we plan to do is creating this business for any social grouping host's or 'server owners' to be able to still make profit without disrupting the EULA profit rule or any other prohibited rules. Mojang in quotes allow people to or can 'create profit from or for the game' 'server related' without revoking the EULA. The basics of it is, to not create profit or money using their game.
The business we plan to do does not involve with the EULA. The planned business is not produced from the game, but managed separately which cannot disrupt the rules.

What we could offer:

• Create profit for server use, etc.
• Does not disrupt any EULA rules.
• Will not sell anything from the game, but sold on a separate site.
• Not commercially creating profit under no regulations.

We [Joker team] truly respect any EULA rules and are bound to them. We do not insist on breaking any of them illegally or secretly and is public. We can only provide help to others with full 'EXPLICIT' permissions from authorities and respect it always.

This is still unofficial and plan not to be under use from any person.
This is under the mcwar discussions as we can help in this section with 'donations' to those who are interested in still buying ingame items with real money. We respect money as if we respect a baby and will not abuse it at all. Of course for this to work, must be set up in a way to transfer the money to receive whatever has been bought, but will not abuse under no circumstances. We pledge to this and will not release any private information to the public neither. We respect this always and will not do anything to it.

Obviously we do not insist on forcing anyone to accept this or support it for it to be official so we can help.
If the community or whoever will read this denies all of this for certain important reasons, we respect that and will not insist on giving reasons or force this. This is only a suggestion and will not be official anywhere, but we do care for feedback or opinions about this if it is a good idea or not!

No, it's a way to create profit to any server without disrupting the eula. Mojang says we can try to make a way to make money without using their game and this is a suggestion or a way to do so.

 

That is up to a person who is interested in making this happen. They can suggest or choose a way to make this work, such as making it work by, receiving money so could suggest paypal or some sort of way to have transactions.

 

If you read their EULA, most of it says to not make profit 'FROM THEIR GAME.' We're not making profit from their game, we're doing it separately.

 

Requesting for this to move to general, suggestion and ideas

Yes, we know that we help sell minecraft server features but it is not sold from the game or to the game.
We are not linked to the game nor will we ever be associated with the game. Joker dis. is not an 'only' minecraft selling business, it's more of just a helping business. The only way we sell minecraft features is dealt with server host's or owners.

 

I own the distribution. It's just a business or way to help with this profit situation.

 

That is why this is only a suggestion. It could work if I will try to get in touch with mojang about this.
Of course there will be problems about this suggestion, not all things will work. >.>

To rephrase all of this before any concerns happen, this is not a real or existing thing yet, it is just a suggestion.
I don't believe it will work out either or go to plan but I feel it's just a real good idea to suggest. Note: We don't have a website so don't go looking around yet, only a suggestion.
