    In 1.8 they have added an invisible block called the barrier. It will block people from going past it.
    The only way to get this block is with /give (player name) minecraft:barrier. I think this barrier will be very useful for map makers. When the barrier is placed its texture will be a red X, after a couple seconds it's texture will switch to nothing. Their cool right? :smile:
