Night Vision Goggles - Original Concept by Gamebot11

After having @gamebot11 's idea about Night Vision Goggles, I thought about a way to make it possible and get it to work.

What item will it be?
It will be a chain mail helmet that whenever put on, gives you infinite Night Vision. I also believe that, if possible, it should have the equivalent protection as a Iron helmet, so people wouldn't feel so afraid to put it on. Assuming this is implemented, the /day command should be denied access to all users except any staff, so normal players cannot make it day so people can use the night vision goggles when they're actually somewhat necessary.

What shall it be retextured as?

Night-Vision goggles, of course!

Where can you find them?

Zone 5+

How rare are they?

About as rare as Scooba Helmets (Pumkins)

Assume there is a way to make them equivalent protection as to an iron helmet; What's to stop a player from just wearing the Goggles instead of a actual helmet?

Maybe implement a way so that, when it is day, it will give the player blindness and confusion until they take it off.
