    Well, McBrawl is out of excuses regarding the Minecraft EULA. If you're in 1.8, there's a file in your server that makes sure you have agreed to the EULA. If you don't have that EULA agree thing in your server files, your server can't run. Which means that you guys are lying to Mojang, and ignoring their EULA. Or using some hack to run it without the EULA thing.

    I'd like the hear what some staff have to say.

    PST! dont say that! Mojang has eyes on us, if they hear that they will shut us down! Brawl is still figuring out ideas for eula friendly donations, they have the current system to keep us running! keep it to the hush hush!

    We kind of already knew that. I just wanted to hear what you have to say. Did you agree in the eula.txt in the server? What's the progress on changing the servers to comply with the EULA? Any estimated date?

    The issues would likely have still been there, as WarZ and FpsHG, which were not rushed, had the same bugs.

    they aren't nerfed, they are bugged there is a difference.
    nerfed means that it was intentional, bugged means they have no idea what happened.
