A new minecraft would be my guess (minecraft 2.0 from april fool's day :V). Also, they will probably sell more merchandise, or would be the exclusive seller of any product with the word 'minecraft' in it.
Keep in mind you have the PC edition, PE, xbox 360 and one, and PS 3 and 4. Minecraft PE still rains in the app store, and the console editions are very popular, not to mention that the next gen editions were just released.

Oh ya, and just so you know pn, Microsoft is sitting on a hefty pile of reserve money. They have enough to make this minecraft deal about 33-34 times. So money is not an issue. I presume they are treating it as an investment.

Free Minecraft? Oh god, imagine the amount of alt accounts that would spike up...

 

Charge money for skin/ign/personalizing character, possible hosting changes and Online Play to be paid for. I do think they will release "Season Pass" or paid Updates just cause.

They'd probably release a Minecraft 2 instead or some crap.
Customization comes for free in many games, so your first point likely is invalid.
Not sure about hosting changes, but many games also allow online play for free (almost all that offer online do it for free).
If they tried to make paid updates, they'd be taken out by the modding community.

That's an extremely rich and successful company who have a **** ton of money.
Now imagine 10x that money.
That's what Microsoft has.
They won't run out of money any time soon :I

 

They bought minecraft for the community and the title, they need more popular games with "microsoft" on it.

remove eula and tell all the servers that have donation that they want 50% of the money they earn (do want, also don't want)

 

The EULA will never be removed, EVERY SINGLE PAID GAME HAS A EULA.
Why can't people get that into their heads? A EULA is needed for piracy of the game to be illegal.
