    I agree with sweetlava.
    -You voted for yourself: if someone likes your builds he will vote YES,don't try to make "yeses" look more than you deserve. Remember that you will be promoted by a creative manager , the votes don't affirm the final vote.
    -In my opinion the village you build doesn't show your creativity. you only changed the disposition of the houses...

    Looking further into the pictures, I noticed many flaws in the builds. For example; you village picture had an Acacia sapling laying on the ground, which indicates it's a natural spawn. Also the "farm" was elevated. Making it seem also like a natural Minecraft spawn. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    You could Add more detail.. And I'm not sure the village was hand made or not. I'd say neutral, sorry.
