    How fast do you guys run a mile (on average). It's for a project.

    I can run 100m in just under 13 seconds. Do the math, I am too lazy to do it myself.

    I've actually never timed myself, but like Mrcowlick, I can run 100m in 14 seconds.

    1 second ahead of me >:V

    I can run a mile in about 5 minutes (Probably a little less).

    My mile time is around 5:15.
    That may be so, but can you keep up the pace? :wink:
    A mile is 1600 meters, if you kept that pace up you would have run a mile in 3.4 minutes, waaay under record time.

    5:00 w/ laps around the park next to my school. I'll usually sprint first 100 meters and then continue on less speed. It's fine, except for the fact that I can't feel my legs and they hurt like crap :v

    My fastest wuz probably 6:47 . We had to do the mile at our school and they timed us .

    On topic: I to have never actually timed myself, although I believe it would be under 14-15 seconds, because I'm a boss.
