Future Team Coming

We all know that 1.8 lurks somewhere in the near future. Instead of procrastinating, I've decided to establish a foundation for a team when 1.8 finally comes.

Foundation: I'm aiming to create a team that is multi-branched. I'm looking to recruit people who have experience with PvP, tracking, farming, or other general qualities. Players who are often found to be moochers (a beggar or scrounger) are not going to be acceptable in the team. The idea is to provide for each other as much as you provide for yourself. Example: Instead of collecting coal for cooking/smelting, collect some for the team as well.
Not only am I looking for helpful players to maintain a good team. I'm looking for players who are oriented towards creating a trustful and friendly team. Talking on Team Speak, maintaining strong alliances, helping others, and being active are some main qualities I've been looking for.

Team factors: Each member will withhold simple tasks weekly. These tasks may range from gathering specific supplies, to engaging a raid on a specific individual. If the member fails to provide the task given, the consequences may vary. To create an alliance with another team, the whole team will vote towards or against the alliance. If 2/3 of the votes are towards the alliance, the alliance shall be established and the whole team must ally. If the treaty is broken by any individual(s) on the team, the individual(s) will be withdrawn from the team. No raiding, destruction of property, and deliberate killing without an establishment may be engaged upon the allied. Consequences will not vary. The team can also agree on foes. 2/3 votes will account towards the full team engaging full maximum force upon the enemy. If a team member strongly opposes the unfriendly conduct between the teams, they may withdraw from engaging force. However, they will be terminated from the team if they provide any help or information towards the opposing team. Any exposing of team cords, exposing possible locations of team cords, stealing or destruction of team property, or spitefulness towards the team or team players will result in a permanent ban towards the team and permanent foe placement upon the individual preforming the action.

Note: For the team, I'll reorganize a full constitution based along the guidelines of the team factors. It will be fully discussed and decided upon by the team members. Throughout time, there will be add-ons and removals from the list by the resentment of votes and meetings.

How to sign up:
Comment and state below why you think you'd be perfect to join the team. Honesty is key here. Team Speak activity, team loyalty, and PvP Survival skills are a small list of things to think about.
I will message you a + sign if I think highly of you being a possibility. A - would indicate a strong no.

Make sure to vote for the possible team name. I've talked with people and these have been brought to attention. If you chose other, state what possible team name you think suits well!

 

I always stick with my word so a votes will be cast towards all alliances. I can promise this much, my vote will be for it and I'll withdraw from any force if the small possibility of a non-ally does occur (which is extremely unlikely). I'm thinking of going old school with my first team. It's currently got one of the most votes on the toll right now.
