Is the MSR Sniper Bugged?

    Question: Is the MSR Sniper bugged? I have been using it for over a month now and i know it is a one head shottie at close range and a 2 or 3 shot from far range. I have been using it for mostly close range shots (10-15 blocks away) and i have noticed that the MSR isn't doing one head shotties even if the people ARENT wearing armor or superarmor. A few days ago a noob came 3 blocks away from me and i had to shoot him 3 times IN HARDSCOPE MODE before he fell. (No he isnt a hacker. I know him). Plz get back to me because idk whats going on.

    We haven't changed anything that should affect the MSR's damage.

    So then how do you explain whats going on huh? BTW whenever i shoot a sniper, it is always in HARDSCOPE. I never ever use regular scope/

    Not sure, maybe they have spawn protection or something.

    They couldn't have had spawn protection. They were spawn trapping me. They were far from spawn. Btw, the MSR sniper sometimes works, but most of the time it doesn't. because i use it for every single game and never change guns unlike most ppl, they may not notice the glitch.

    It must be an issue with the way we have to handle headshots. Minecraft doesn't have any kind of robust system of detecting if a snowball hits a player's head, so it's probably just counting it as a body shot.
