    Hello all! I was talking to some of my friends about our old days. Like back in the 1.2. update. OLD OLD. So I was asking: what was it like when this server was so young? For example, mine was absolutely no C4, and explosions were fireworks. So what are your memories you can remember? Thanks for reading this and have a great day.

    I can remember the rainbow parkour, and also wool blocks as heads. Those were the early days of War which I really enjoyed, as there were also not too many players on back at that time. At this point in time, I was maybe around level 5.

    Remember how old war was barely 16vs16...now it's like 420vs69.
    To be honest, older one was better because community wasn't so mainstream and there wasn't a really big deal.

    Those were the days you saw people actually being kind to each other in the chat. Now, I still see a few kind and helpful players, but the majority are quite rude.

    True. I went on my alt with best stats today and everyone called me a hacker, even when I explained my playstyle/strategy. After explaining how rude it was, I decided to work on a youtube montage.

    And the old old Dday map, makes me miss the non-immature days.

    Those old 32x textures, minigun and flamethrower being crap, and explosions being normal explosions, prior to the firework explosion update. And the wool heads.

    When all of the snipers looked the same, all of the autos looked the same ext, and there was no reload or zoom. Back with no ray gun and the law shot 3 rockets.

    There was the LAW with:
    • Fast reload.
    • Very wide instant-kill radius.
    • An ability to kill teammates (friendly fire).
    Who could forget that wither glitch back in the summer of 2013?

    I remember the old spawn ( big stone building with a glass roof ) and a lot of nice people .

    L118a was a one shot
    Didn't have to scope in any gun to get an accurate shot off
    Obnoxious loud sounds for the default texture pack
