He was killed with a hand grenade that is of course military equipment so why is it use by policemen ? Because they're not any kind...
They are the Gendarmerie, a French Military / Police force.
People in France are literally ****ting they re pants because some guy apparently non violent got killed. Like for real ?
If this guy is non violent what the hell was he doing in a radical group ?
And of course the stupid minister of Interior bans now hand grenades used for over 50 years in the force ! I just can't get over this, not to mention that these idiots are going start again.

They can better ban cocktail molotovs then. Stuff like this happens and people will always stand at the side of the group where people die even if they aren't right.

I swear if this is not deleted I will rant about the staff deleting my rant.
Well, police forces all around the world is messed up. Look at the officers in USA that killed that one boy. Police are there for defending the population, not to kill them.

Look at the black man that got shot 3 times by a white officer after the white officer asked him for his "driving liscense" and when the man gets his liscense the white officer screams "get out of the car!" and proceeds to shoot the black man 3 times while the black man says "why did you shoot me"… this just shos another corrupt system -.-

Anybody can do molotovs so they're ain't no way of banning that
    Those guys are racist...
There ain't no problem with the people force here, it's just that French people are specialized in rioting and attacking the police force.
While in Americe, black people are killed just cause they're black.

It also dissappoints me that whenever a black person is killed it is a racial issue all of a sudden, when there could very well have been 10 other reasons he could have been killed.

Make it like in the UK.
You can't sell any stuff you can make explosives of.
I myself don't like the extremists, I think going up against the law is bad. I can understand rule/law changes, but otherwise, NOPE.

That would be true in the 1960s, when America was facing the problem of discrimination and racism. Now, this never happens. A person's race may be a factor, but I doubt any government official or force will kill a person based only on their race.
The world is in a pretty bad place right now. Need I say more?

If you think cops are intentionally racist, then your'e all wrong. You obviously assume that it is wrong to shoot a black man armed with a knife to death, but there are many reasons why cops do what they do.

Authorities can use deadly force based on the danger of the situation. Here is a chart:
Authorities use this guide to judge whether a situation is getting out of hand. They judge the suspect on 3 things:

    1. Ability/ Capability: Authorities judge whether perpetrator is able to inflict serious harm to eachother. For example, an able man with a firearm is much more potentially dangerous than a cripple in a wheelchair waving around a stick.

    2. Oppurtinity: The officer determines whether the perpetrator has the chance to do harm. For example, a guy locked up in a room is not as dangerous than a murderer who is walking around freely.

    3. Intent: Are the perpetrators willing to cause harm and assault others? If so, then authorities see them as a threat.

If all three conditions are fully met, then authorities are officially allowed to use deadly force.

Let's look at the case about the protesters in France:
    1. Did they have the ability to cause harm?
Definitely. Assuming they were able to throw dangerous objects at others, it means yes.

    2. Did they have the opportunity?
Yes. They were a group of protesters who were present at the scene.

    3. Was their intent harmful?
Yes. By throwing molotov cocktails, which are flammable, they basically said: "Hey, we don't like you, so we are going to set you on fire." Fire is a dnagerous hazard, and can potentially kill many people as well as cause damage to property. This made the police believe that this protest was not a peaceful one, and since all three conditions were met, deadly force was an option.

I have no idea what goes on outside of America because it's none of my business. Apparently our military thinks different. Hope everything is all good soon in France.
