So, what happened to with EULA

    I was just wondering, since I still saw the same shop as it was before i went offline for a few months. Did they just make this stuff available in-game, and donating just made it easier to get, or are they just still working on changing it

    As many originally expected, Mojang have done a very very poor job of enforcing the EULA agreement. Many servers have just left donations the way they were.

    However, at McBrawl, we have made an effort to introduce a lot more cosmetics into donation packages, but have also left previous items & abilities for now. Also, new global ranks have been introduced.

    We are still working on changing everything to make the servers and donating EULA compatible, cosmetics and tokens are a major part of those changes. But it doesn't look like Mojang is going to enforce the EULA, so it may take some time.

    Eula? what is a eula? Oh, you mean the thing that was said to be enforced like 'a long time' ago? Oh yeah! yeah that ain't happening in anytime soon

    Most server just cheat it, like McBrawl.. It's basically the same as it was before. :c

    and bukkit is in legal issues right now, which means no bukkit 1.8. no bukkit 1.8 means no 1.8 servers. no 1.8 servers means no eula enforced. no eula enforced means world peace.

    How much will each item cost? Like is $1 equal to 10,000 credits in the game so a perk that cost $3 irl money would cost 30,000 in game credits

    They said they were going to enforce it, but I guess they went back on their word. Too bad, I was hoping the EULA would make Brawl anti-pay 2 win.

    they really need to change it. Mojang is probably just going down the list of servers from most expensive to cheapest.
