Ban Discussion

When major controversial bans such as Joeymast99 and kcl729 are made I think the community and the staff should come to a combined decision. Due to the fact that the staff completely handles the ban process I believe it would be a better system if the person on 'trial' for banning is banned until the vote for 7-14 days is over. At the end of this time the staff would read over the well written comments and make an overall decision as to what should happen to the person on 'trial'.

Or you could use this route:
Owner (Chaploo)= Immediate decision
Admins=10
Mods= 3 votes
Players on the 'Notable Members' list: 1 vote
Average player= 1/2 vote
There would be a poll set up for the average players such as myself, and you would simply divide the poll count after a certain amount of days in half and voila you have your vote for the average players.

 

I know, and I just read most of the joeymast thread thing, and I think that is how most bans should be dealt with, and the staff doesn't always remember what it is to be like a player and our point of view, they may just have their own ambitions in their minds, and may not help the community.

 

I know that, this is what this thread is referring to, not the people such as @brewhaha who are easily banned with hacking evidence, that just get pissed when you even say you recorded them.
