    Try doing /ping and make sure you weren't getting high latency. If the number appears high (i.e. 4600 ms), then it means you're lagging.

    It may be your computer, try /ping as f1r3tar said.

    No this has been happening for weeks now. I joined and there was 20 people on. It was the exact same thing with him. No lag too, people were talking
