I would also like to apologise for the way that I, and the rest of the community acted towards you and the rest of Team Holy. We were frustrated, but that didn't mean we needed to act like assholes to you.

 

Mario I respect you more then anyone else in mcbrawl. In my eyes you handle all situations amazing and always know what to do about things. I don't think you did anything wrong but I know I'll always respect you.

let me start off by saying that this team is a cesspool of retardation and semi-intelligent easily manipulated idiots.

Excuse me if I offended, but this is purely my view on the team without being to vulgar about it. In short, the entire team may not be bad but a good portion is just terrible. The staff decisions are not made by them, they are influenced by the 12 year old kiddos on their team. This leads to improper bans and abuse of power to "win" in the game.

Your popularity never increased. The only reason people complain now is because the staff's decisions are influenced by normal players. Additionally, the problem is without a doubt abusive staff. Is the abuse influenced by others in a tense or serious situation? Yes. Does it matter? No.

A team of all staff is not a bad idea. A team of all staff playing with players in the same team is a horrendous idea. If you want to keep being oblivious to the fact that mod decisions are influenced by players and that it is indeed a serious issue, then stay that way, I heard ignorance is bliss anyway.

I'm going to try my hand at deciphering your broken English here, so excuse me.

I would like to point out that I recall staff teams being the most fun and friendly teams to play with. At this point, is it really even worth the arguing whatever point you are trying to argue? Obviously it is the opinion of many players that a staff team combined with the normal community is overall toxic to the server. Mind you, that I am not saying the staff are toxic to the server, I am saying that the players on the team are toxic because they influence decisions made by staff.

 

Except they are, the whole reason why people are against staff teams playing with normal players is the reputation of everyone in the team and the history behind them. In some cases people are led to believe that your actions are influenced by the commoners because of the simple idea that you ignore other players on ts/in-game ect. (myself included)

I personally took the time out of my day to run a mock "experiment" to see if what people were saying were true (i.e staff ignoring players who need help) I logged onto Ts and war-z servers where staff were present, you being one of them Mario. Where-in I would ask a certain staff member for help because I am a total ****ing noob when it comes to the technical side of war-z and as rumors had it, I was ignored for 5-60+ minutes in which a staff member would reply, "sorry I was in game". Or if I were to ask a question I would get the response "I cant help atm, im playing" or other nonsense in the same idea as the examples above, now im not saying that staff members should have the luxury of play, but isn't it your duty to help players?

I mean, nearly every staff member has "here to help! PM me if you have a question! I love to help!" or something along those lines as their TS description, and correct me if im wrong but, I don't I was being helped at any moment in time, friends.

Another experiment I tried was actually completely dependent on the users on TS, I was in a public channel where someone was screeching into their mic like a beluga whale and I would try to get a staff member to come and help, specknav, mojang, Mario, even our beloved gigga were set on ignoring the problem for about the same time (5-60+ minutes)

That whole thing with the ignoring problems on Ts can be blamed on the fact that 45% of the staff is in the team holy channel because quite frankly...

This is ****ing unacceptable, to know that a mass group of the staff is in one channel ignoring the people they are put in-charge to help, kinda makes the whole users-not-liking-staff-thing a whole lot more clear.

Again I don't want to hear the mouth- bandwagoners using that argument of "they have a right to play too!" because theyre also tasked to help players who have questions or problems, players like you and if you don't see having your problems ignored by the only people that could help then what Brutal said about you all is clearly correct

This pretty much summarizes the issue that's been festering for quite awhile now. I know this thread will likely be dismissed and hardly be paid any attention (as complaints about staff normally are regardless of truth), I think that many staff could benefit from a separation. It would not only improve reputation, but it would also improve staff-player relationships in the ways of "abuse" calls and additional flak from players.

 

If you would've happened to read my entire post, you would know this is not at all what I mean. At the moment, the staff that are under the influence of Team Holy can very possibly be toxic to the server. Notice that I do not say the staff themselves are toxic, but the players who influence them are extremely toxic. The problem that needs to be fixed is the toxic players and the staff who listen to them. To put it simply, perhaps staff just need to nut up and be in charge of themselves rather than be bullied and bossed around by these said players.

 

It's definitely a problem and it appears that it's not the only problem. I never said it couldn't happen to any other staff because it definitely could. The issue here is that almost every staff that plays WarZ is in Team Holy. Nothing will be fixed so long as you keep denying that there is abuse going on. I've expressed my opinion and so have MANY others.

Normally if a large pool of players is complaining about a small pool of players in comparison, there's something wrong.
