Idea Pvp Logging

This logout issue has been reported before, If you see it record it and report it. It's abusing a glitch.

 

I disagree with the idea that you instantly die when you logout, instead the villager should stay there a bit longer. And about warp glitching: Make it simple, you can only use /random instantly while you have spawn protection, without spawn protection you will need to wait for the same amount of time a normal warp requires.

 

The problem with that is that people just log straight back on not giving you enough time to kill them.

Just do this, it's bannable.

 

There is technically combat logging since when you log you transform into a villager that is easly killable so no point complaining.

 

Okay, well its pretty simple. If you see someone do it, just record them and report it, and if they are caught doing it for an enough amount of times, they will get banned.
There really isn't any need to kill a person if they log out in combat, and we already have villagers for that reason. Additionally, if someone does log out in a fight with you, you shouldn't be hollering at them and telling them that you recorded them and they will get banned. That only makes matters worse, so just report them here and get the whole thing over with.

But I do agree that they COULD add more delay on the villagers, however someone could just re-log back on quickly.

 

The problem is, is that they log back on literally 2 seconds after with spawn prot and the villager goes... Just record it, it's bannable!

 

If a mod actually sees it in action, depending on the scenario the player will be dealt with.
If the player is reported a good amount of times, he or she will be banned eventually for abusing the glitch.

As I said before, just report it and don't flame. There really isn't any point, because two wrongs don't make a right (your only making the situation worse).

 

No offense, but some people cough frost cough have done it too many times, at least 30-40 and nothing has been done to punish them.

*cough* can we stop calling players out on the forums. Just report him next time you see him, or report it to a mod that you see someone doing it.
We can't be everywhere every time, so sometimes you guys have to help us out (instead of just informing the server about a player).

 

The problem is not everyone can record. A screenshot is not enough proof... We need the server to help enforce this. Make it so if you lose spawn prot you can't do /random. Add a pvp timer so if you hit someone or someone hit you in the last 5 seconds you can't logout. These two things solve some of the current issues.

 

Yeah well you can't stop someone from logging out but you put a message saying :" if you log out in the next 10 seconds, all your belongings will be deleted "

 

Hello im here to ask a question Can you remove the nether and end portal in spawn? im geting anoying wen i am fighting someone and then they go to nether portal and have a spawn prot or in end they can still alive be coming and not move and then they have spawn prot.. and always random is so anyoing me bcuz peps are randoming in a fight Okay Thanks il enjoy if you will delete that..

 

How about we have the pvplog timer extend every time the pvplog villager gets hit? Seems like a more effective solution to me.

 

Its not off topic. It comes up as a spawn glitch which I believe is the definition of "pvp logging" no need to make a new thread. Carry on the end and nether portal talk in this thread!
