Negative Talking

If someone is constantly trash talking or being very disrespectful then try and get some screenshots of what they are saying. Then try to contact a staff member and see if they can do anything to help you out, if there is not a staff member online then report the player here: www.brawl.com/report/

 

Most cases like this usually aren't serious since it's not a real insult or raging.
This is simply a case of an unpleasant player, which is commonplace in any video game.
This isn't actually too bad; your best bet would simply be to ignore said player.
If the player persists, you can use /block (player name)
If the player becomes very disrespectful (racism, rude remarks, etc.) then it would be a valid time to report them. Just remember to have screenshots when reporting.

As said above, using the /block command can be effective if you are feeling bothered by another player. Getting around negativity on any Minecraft server really is pretty much impossible. There's always going to be someone online just to be rude and disrespectful. My only advice to you would be to not take anything to heart that is said, they don't know you, and most likely they are some young kid with a lot of hate sitting behind a keyboard who thinks they are so mature and hilarious. Give no attention to those who choose to post hateful and rude comments. Also, like what was said above, if it gets out of hand you can take screenshots and report the player here on the forums.
