    Before you read this, just know that I am not meaning to offend anyone.

    So, there have been a LOT of staff applications lately that have been ont sort of the, well, nooby side. Like not capitilizing anything in their sentences, not using proper punctuation, basically NO maturity whatsoever. This is extremely unnecessary, these applications. So if you are reading this, apply WHEN you are ready, not when you just got 25 posts on the forums, or aren't active ingame, or don't do Ts3. Apply when you consider yourself very active ingame, have 300+ posts on the forums, and do alot in Teamspeak.

    Some members don’t know the requirments before they apply, So sometimes it is understandable.

    I still don't know why the whole said "300 post minimal" is still a thing by some people.
    There shouldn't be a limit on how many posts you should have.

    I agree, but if you have been on the forums for say, 6 months and have 325 posts, you shouldn't be thought of in a lesser manner.

    300 posts sounds like looser territory. Buff it too 500.

    I completely agree. Everyone should read about Staff Applications before posting. (And maybe take an English class) Im not meaning to offend anyone. :stuck_out_tongue:

    Yeah but that's what alot of people say and it is a "requirement", so I thought I should include it.
