I'm getting upset because all the great mods are retiring. I'm not mad at the mods but I really think something should be done to satisfy these mods. I literally watched the outdoors four so I don't miss any of the retirements. There's literally at least 1 Mod retire each week and hardly any people are getting accepted. Something needs to be done.

You can't change them resigning, things happen, in-game, irl, etc.... All you can do is hope new moderators do there job like they did.

Yeah but the new mods will get tired of the same things the old mods got tired of and they will resign. As I said I'm not mad at you I just think McBrawl should do something about all the problems that make mods resign

I mean, all the retired staff resigned for a reason. I'm pretty sure that problems with their resignations (if there were any) will be fixed.

If one person has a problem with a staff member, Administration isn't going to demote them. Just because they are staff doesn't mean they get everything they want.

The most staff members resign because of school and other IRL problems, it is impossible to fix that.

I know but a lot of staff also resign for other reasons that McBrawl can fix

All we can do is hope they come back to be mod again. Like Raziah and iErebos are hopefully doing.

Most resigned staff have reasons that McBrawl can't fix. Not just school and life, but also things like community. You cannot change the community overnight, it takes months and months of hard work. Even then it may not be possible.
A person cannot be forced to do something they no longer enjoy (at least in the case of moderating and administrating). If you think this is a lot of resignations, you obviously haven't seen the resignations of the Bukkit staff.
Everything becomes corrupt with time. There really is no way to fix this. Let the great moderators move on.
