You're application lacks maturity, these aren't your builds.

The application is good and detailed, but you lied about your builds, cheating like this is never going to turn out well, -1, and I'm not even going to bother saying good luck because this will get denied and you'll probably get demoted.

I think, to get WE2 rank, we need first to see your WE skills so try to apply before for WE1 (if it was for WE1 i would have vote +1).
