At least build a house and apply for Adv,
Adv is more relaxed,so just a -1

Overall I'm not very happy about your application. The application discriminates a lot of detail and depth, I highly recommend this as it helps chances of acceptance, your application looks rushed as it includes grammar and spelling mistakes, the rushing shows a lack of maturity.

Secondly, the links don't work, when you use links from Imgur I suggest you copy the whole link so that others can click it instead of wasting their time adding in the http://'s and such. Also, you should add more builds to your previous builds as the builds are one of the most important aspects of an application.

Another thing I'd like to say is that skipping ranks can be very difficult, very few people have skipped ranks in their application and have been accepted.

I do not think you're ready for WE1 just yet. Try going for AdvBuilder first before trying WE1. Build some more things and then apply again. -1 & good luck.
